Developed
to meet the unique conditions in the food processing and canning
industry. White Food Belt is resistant to most oils, greases, acids,
and chemicals. The all synthetic polyester carcass with vinyl-nitrile
covers and internal skims is not affected by moisture, cannot mildew
or rot, and is especially suitable for sorting and inspecting meat,
fish, fruits, and vegetables. It is safe to use where finished products
for human consumption come in direct contact with the belt surface.
It does not impart any odor or taste, and is non-toxic. The non-marking,
non-staining, and heat resistant characteristics provide easy cleaning
and sterilization.
The
belt is manufactured of materials conforming to F.D.A. regulation
(21CFR177.2600), U.S.D.A. - M.P.I.P. accepted.

The
White Food Belt construction of two-ply and three-ply lightweight
all polyester fabric carcass with vinyl-nitrile 3/64'' top cover
and friction surface bottom and internal skims provides excellent
flexibility in small diameter pulley applications while offering
light weight, high tensile strength and durability. Standard color
is white.
