GRT Rough Tough Belts

A deep impression top cover on the Rough Top Belt provides thousands of flexible gripping fingers to hold packaged products or units being carried up or down steep grades to a maximum of 35 degrees. Rough Top Belt is available with black or tan rubber covers on a cotton-polyester or all polyester fabric carcass. The black top cover is recommended for utility type incline service while the tan cover is suggested for transporting packaged food products where an odorless, non-toxic, non-marking belt is a necessity.

GRT Rough Top Belts are manufactured of materials conforming to F.D.A. Regulation (21CFR177.2600) and are U.S.D.A. - M.P.I.P. accepted for packaged food handling.

• Exceptional for incline or decline package handling service
• No-slip deep impression surface
• Excellent dimensional stability

The Rough Top incline service belts are constructed of two-ply all polyester fabric or three-ply cotton-polyester fabric. Top cover is a full 1/8” thick and the back is protected by either a durable friction surface bottom or a synthetic bare-back for slider bed applications. All of these belts contain high quality between ply friction coats for economy. The all synthetic two-ply belt has a skim coat also for maximum flexibility and in addition is fully mildew proof. Colors are black or tan.
